FGR Velux window service

Velux recommend the annual servicing of their windows to keep them in tip top condition. Included within our standard service are the following:-

When we service your window, we will if needed:

Replace the air filter
Replace foam for the ventilation flap

Remove leaves and other debris from the flashing and external flashing around the window to allow rain water to flow freely.
Clean the window inside and out
Clean and grease the hinges and opener
Report any additional repairs required and provide a quotation.

Electrically operated Roof Windows

Check the gas springs operation. (Velux recommend gas spring replacement within 10 years after installation of the window as their performance is likely to decline slightly over the years)

Check motor operation. (Velux recommend that the motors are replaced within 10 years after installation of the window to prevent malfunction)
Re-pair remote control to window if needed

1-3 windows £126 VAT inclusive.

4-7 windows £204 VAT inclusive
